These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of CashTo ("we", "us", "our"), a payment link platform operated by CashTo Ltd. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. About CashTo

CashTo provides social media sellers with tools to create shareable payment links and collect payments from buyers. All payments are processed by Stripe, a regulated payment service provider. CashTo is not a bank and does not hold customer funds.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a seller account.
You must provide accurate, truthful information when registering.
You are responsible for all activity on your account.

3. Platform Fee

CashTo charges a platform fee of 4.5% on every transaction processed through the platform. This fee is deducted automatically at the time of payment. Stripe's own payment processing fees apply separately and are deducted by Stripe.

4. Seller Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the items you list, including their legality, accuracy, and fulfilment.
You must not list prohibited items including counterfeit goods, illegal items, or anything that violates Stripe's Terms of Service.
You must fulfil orders promptly and as described in your listings.
Any disputes between buyers and sellers are the responsibility of the parties involved. CashTo is not a party to any transaction.

5. Payments and Payouts

Payouts to sellers are managed via Stripe Connect Express. You must complete Stripe's identity verification ("KYC") process before receiving payouts. CashTo does not control payout schedules — these are determined by Stripe's policies.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use CashTo to sell illegal goods, conduct fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in breach of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CashTo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All branding, software, and content on the CashTo platform is owned by CashTo Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
